Update the 'Scheduled QA Test Pipelines' table

This proposes to only monitor the pipelines triggered by the deployer pipelines, and stop the scheduled pipelines for:

  • staging
  • canary

This is an attempt to improve the situation described in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/issues/244 a bit.
