The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. This proposes to only monitor the pipelines triggered by the deployer pipelines, and stop the scheduled pipelines for:

staging
canary

This is an attempt to improve the situation described in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/issues/244 a bit.
