GOOD: MVC Design is tested and ready for implementation.

BAD: Implementation has moved from Manage to Fulfillment, and it is not a first-level priority (currently classed as P2). This will push implementation out until later in the year.

TRY: Discussing priority with Fulfillment PM. Current discussion is around tracking how many potential new users drop off during the Free Trial sign-up process to better understand impact/priority.
