Update Refund language to direct customer to reach out directly to their AE.

Why is this change being made?

Earlier this week we identified an efficiency challenge with customers asking for refunds. Currently a customer submits a support ticket and expects that support will be able to issue the refund, support then directs the customer to the account executive to discuss. We believe more efficiency can be gained by directing customers directly to account executives to discuss refunds.
