Remove duplication of "primarily consists" line

Why is this change being made?

The header on the Core Team page currently reads as

The core team is not bound to any single organization and primarily consists of volunteers that have made significant contributions to GitLab in development, documentation, online community forums, translation, UX design, and so on. The core team primarily consists of community members.

The duplication of "primarily consists" with different wording around it reads in a confusing way. IMO the second line shouldn't be there.
