The existing workflow suggests that support shouldn't do this task but then offer instructions on how to execute it. The changes remove the instructions and instead suggest contacting the account owner to perform this action through the account owner, so all changes are properly documented and the necessary changes in salesforce and zuora are also performed.
troubleshoot cloud licensing
No changes on the process, just removed duplicated instructions.
creating licenses
Adds more context on why we shouldn't re-issue licenses, and adds DealDesk as a contact point for any new license to be generated in the correct way.
handling multi-years subscription
Moved the steps to create a license here as this is a request where support will have to generate the license.
