Add links to Markdown copy helpers in browser
Why is this change being made?
The current Markdown browser advice points to a specific Chrome extension. This MR:
- changes the link to a keyword search link (in order to see more options)
- adds an equivalent Firefox addon search
- cross-links the section from another relevant page.
This is effectively a follow-up / generalisation of !84239 (merged).
