Updating the GitLab Purpose statement

Why is this change being made?

Per a request from @sytses, this MR proposes to change the GitLab Purpose statement form:

GitLab increases lifetime earning potential through knowledge access, job access, and the DevOps platform.

to:

GitLab increases earning potential through training, opportunity access, and the DevOps platform.
