Updating the privacy of Slack messages section for transparency

Eugene McCrann requested to merge emccrann-master-patch-76250 into master

Why is this change being made?

This change is being made because the current wording of the Are my direct messages and private channel conversations completely private? section doesn't contain and answer to question proposed in the heading. Legal Privacy was asked by Team Members to provide a more transparent answer to this section. After review, Privacy has proposed this update, which includes the duration and scope of privacy for Slack messages.
