Update to include stable counterpart for GDK team

Why is this change being made?

  • This change adds myself as a stable counterpart for the GDK project on the Engineering Productivity team member page.
  • At the moment the GDK project does not have a stable counterpart.

Method note

This MR hardcodes myself in a markdown table. This method was chosen over the stable_counterparts function as there is only one counterpart to the project. If in the future there is a need to add another team member, please be sure to look into how to utilize this function.

IF this is a problem, please feel free to write below and we can reject this in favor of the stable_counterparts function.
