This MR is to align the SDR handbook compensation section to our 2018 participant schedules and to add flexibility in SDR goals based on how much bandwidth the SALs in the region have. For example, if there are over 10 SCLAU per SAL, the SAL may want the SDR to handle the discovery call and work the SAO until it is ready to be qualified by a SAL. This would mean the SDR would be responsible for fewer, more highly qualified opportunities. Today, this would only apply to EMEA.
