Add slowly changing dimension section to EDM page

Why is this change being made?

As our analysis matures, we are increasingly using historical views of the data and need to formalize the naming conventions as well as the process for transforming this data. This MR is meant to begin the discussion and feedback is necessary to determine the final decision on this topic.
