Draft: Suggested COVID Travel Changes

Brian Piscitelli requested to merge covid-travel-suggestion1 into master

Why is this change being made?

Allow pre-approval authorization for unvaccinated employees to travel after testing negative 72 hours prior to travel using an authorized testing solution as defined by a Government Healthcare Agency (such as the FDA, CDC, WHO, etc). This provides a safe and inclusive way to allow all employees to be part of the team and contribute.

This is the initial change to include allowing the unvaccinated to be part of the team. Further requirements should be considered such as masks for all. With the alarming number of breakthrough infections and reduction of vaccine efficacy, masks may be a good 2nd iteration regardless of vaccination status prior to SKO.
