Adding Notice of Automated Decision-Making to Recruitment Privacy Policy

Eugene McCrann requested to merge emccrann-master-patch-88989 into master

Why is this change being made?

GDPR and other global privacy legislation requires that data subjects receive specific notice and opportunity to appeal the use of decision-making by solely automated means. Recruiting is using an automated feature to reject Candidates when they are restricted from employment due to hiring country or sponsorship/permit issues. Therefore, we are updating the policy to include details on this automated feature and the appeal process. This will provide more transparency into the applicant review process and meet our compliance obligations.
