Add women in Business Technology Department as part of underrepresented groups

Nicolas Dular requested to merge nicolasdular-master-patch-88805 into master

Why is this change being made?

We don't consider women within Business Technology to be underrepresented because Business Technology is within the Finance Division. This Merge Request wants to change this as it shouldn't be based on the division, but based on the role.

E.g. Data Engineers are part of the Data Team, which is within Business Technology. It would make sense to include them since we also include all other Engineers in the Engineering Division as part of underrepresented groups.
