Updated FMM Emergency Reschedule of a Workshop

Why is this change being made?

Public Sector had a last minute cancelation of our Security workshop, and the SME's indicated that the demo would not present GitLab in a favorable light. this workshop occured before most of the support working hours, and we were improvised as to what to do. This is to serve as a reference for others if they are in this situation, to guide them on what they should say to present a professional message to our audience.
