Provide guidance to add department to zoom display name, vs title

Why is this change being made?

Today, we provide guidance for team members to add their title behind their display name in zoom. This MR changes this guidance to include their department instead of title. This serves the same purpose of identifying the context from which the person is coming, without adding a hierarchical component. We hope this can help make conversations more inclusive and less hierarchical.
