Albert - remove triage maintainer

Why is this change being made?

Removing myself from gitlab-triage and triage-ops maintainer.

Roulette includes me in maintainer review rotation for these projects, but I'm not involved in the day to day discussions as much anymore to be able to give proper maintainership review.
