Reimburse "high-end" webcam setups

Marshall Cottrell requested to merge webcam-price-guidance into master

Why is this change being made?

I purchased a Logitech Brio Ultra HD Pro (i.e. a "high-end" option) as recommended in the all-remote workspace guidance.

The MSRP for this camera is $200 USD. I paid ~$180 shipped but after submitting for reimbursement told we could only submit for $80 + 20% = $96 USD which is based on the home office supplies price guide. It did not occur to me to check the price guide for this item given that the exact model was recommended from another page.

I think we should be willing to reimburse for robust camera and/or lighting setups in the $200 USD total price range. Ensuring team members have good setups improves the experience of video chats for everyone and ensures content produced by team members is of reasonable production quality.
