CoS and CoST Rename to Current Title

Could you do me a favor in the next few days? Specifically, can you update relative CoS pages/entries in the handbook to the current title. One of:

  1. Chief of Staff to the CEO
  2. CoS to the CEO
  3. Chief of Staff Team to the CEO
  4. CoST to the CEO

  • Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say-why-not-just-what
    • Copy/paste the Slack conversation to document it for later, or upload screenshots. Verify that no confidential data is added.
