Don't ask attendees to pay attention.

Why is this change being made?

In a recent conversation, Sid wanted to highlight that an extension of our communication guideline of You are the manager of your own attention is that meeting hosts shouldn't ask team members to "pay attention" or to "stop multi-tasking". It is the meeting host's job to make the meeting compelling and manage it well so that the participant is engaged where they should be.

Sid asked to also clarify that participants should keep their camera on always, even if not paying attention, but instead of repeating it I linked to the section "You are the manager of your attention" which already says that.
