changing language around contacting support

Why is this change being made?

During a recent customer interaction they requested to contact support and submitted a ticket from the link on this page to opt out of operation metrics. Support then pointed the customer to the sales rep and the customer was frustrated as they expected support to opt them out. Since VP approval is needed for any opt outs discussed here I'm requesting to update the language around contacting support to redirect to sales if they do not know their sales person's information already. This should lead to less confusion around the type of request they are submitting.
