Update index.html.md - added installation requirements, as well as, an SSOT...

Update implementation scoping to include installation requirements to validate OS and version that will be installed for the customer in their new instance.

Why is this change being made?

To update notes and SSOT of our implementation scoping page.

We have had a customer that is wanting a distribution of Linux that is not supported. We want to be sure that during pre-sales scoping the customer understands the installation requirements for OS and DB prior to the engagement starting.
