Clarify interaction expectations between professional coach and GitLab

Why is this change being made?

To ensure team members who may not feel safe discussion internal and external opportunities with a professional coach that the information should not come back to your manager or the company.

This came up in a Reverse AMA with Black Team Members. The Coaching page in the handbook is more about the internal process where this guidance would be confusing.
