First iteration of new CS Ops main HB page

Why is this change being made?

The CS Ops page needs a refresh, so we're slimming it down. We now have a Programs and Renewals (and Gainsight!) page, so the content from this page for those pages has been eliminated.

I also added the big purple buttons. There's no way to test them without publishing, so I'm hoping I got them right.
