fix the broken link to the mission.

Why is this change being made?

I clicked on the link to the mission and was taken to a 404 page. I noticed that the link to the mission currently renders as https://about.gitlab.com/company/company/mission/. Notice that "company" is listed twice. I found the right page by removing one "company". In the source, I noticed the other links to start with a forward slash. Replicated that pattern in this merge request.
