Allow charitable donations rather than flowers or gifts during life events

Wayne Haber requested to merge whaber-master-patch-96886 into master

Why is this change being made?

Increase inclusivity and options for team members during life events, requested by a team member who lost a loved one and prefers to make a charitable donation rather than receive flowers or a gift

We will not be creating processes to make these donations to be deductible in this iteration, however, this should be ok as per @pytol from the tax team as long as we require the donations to be to 501(c)(3) registered charities, we can consider deductions in the future. The amount likely won't be too big at the beginning so we can address this at a future time.
