Update press kit images, boilerplate, and adding old press release

Jennifer (Jenn) Leslie requested to merge JMLeslie-master-patch-66574 into master

Why is this change being made?

Need to remove an image of a former team member, add an old press release from 2018, and updating our boilerplate again. @wspillane I realized that in the press release, I forgot to update the portion at the top for the title and subheader so it reflects the last press release I'd added to the website.

The headline is GitLab Recognized as a Strong Performer in Value Stream Management Report by Independent Research Firm and subheader is GitLab is best for companies that are looking for a broad, integrated solution. This is the link to the press release I added. Please let me know if you have any questions!
