Fix typo at the header " GitLab Ireland LTD Leave Policy"

Why is this change being made?

= Because the markdown has a space in the beginning of the line ## GitLab Ireland LTD Leave Policy which breaks the page in 2 ways:

1. The header is not rendered as a header
2. The page index orde ron right sidebar is broken due to missing section header
