Add link to sisense for code review mid-milestone check-in

Why is this change being made?

Previously we would manually calculate the progress of the deliverables in the middle of a milestone. I recently added a Sisense dashboard to do this automatically to encourage more frequent check-ins and reduce the error-prone manual calculation.

This MR provides a link to that dashboard.
