Optimise internal linking to cluster pages

Niall Cregan requested to merge ncregan-master-patch-44827 into master

Why is this change being made?

Pages added to GitOps topics folder as cluster pages (children) were not linked to internally which categorized them as orphan pages. These page types cannot be crawled properly by search engines and are difficult to find for users. I added internal links from the core topics page to amend this. This will also boost the expertise of the core page and the overall gitops topic coverage for the cluster in terms of relevancy when crawled by search engines.
