CEO Shadow Handbook Update | Add details on E-Group meetings

Why is this change being made?

This MR adds a section to the CEO Shadow handbook on the E-Group meetings. These meetings are different than a majority of the meetings CEO Shadows are used to attending. The pace and style of note-taking are different. CEO Shadows would benefit from some additional context for this type of meeting.
