Add new team members for 2021-08-23 + Remove start dates from team members
This MR adds the team members who are on their second day of employment to the team page to ensure that the team page is up-to-date. The data comes from BambooHR. You can find more information about this automation in the handbook.
If you have questions about this, you can ask them on Slack in #peopleops-eng or create an issue in the People Group Engineering project.
This MR also removes the start date from all our team members. As a result of this removal the public hiring charts are no longer able to be displayed - as this was being read from the start_date on the team.yml file. This is data that we keep in Sisense and we can work with the data team to have these charts recreated. The decision should be taken by the leadership team to see if this is something we want to have public again or not.

One team has voiced that they use the start date to determine if someone is eligible to be on call or not (> 3 months). People Engineering will work with them to make sure they don't have to do manual work for too long. This is being discussed in the ongoing issue.
