Update GDK GitLab Secure Tools coverage to include Dependency Scanning

Why is this change being made?

Following on from !83747 (merged), gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit!2139 (merged) enabled Dependency Scanning support within the GDK, so let's update the table to reflect this 🙂
