CEO Shadow Adjusts PTO by Roots setup instructions
Why is this change being made?

Our CEO Shadow page has instructions for setting up PTO by Roots.
- The language describes this as optional, where all team members are required to enter PTO (including the shadow program) as an entry for finance tracking.
- By default it auto-responds to every message which creates extra and obtrusive noise. This is configurable.
