Refresh "Evaluate" guide to reflect current state of remote
Why is this change being made?
Some of the tips on this page have become a bit outdated given the many changes in the remote work/jobs world throughout the past 18 months of the pandemic, so the goal of this MR is to refresh that content.
@dmurph, I'd especially love your feedback on some of the sections about offices/in-person interactions further down on the page, because it was tough to know how much to make "current" (knowing that it will all change again in another year). I tried to address the changes here and there without making it something that will be totally out of date in a few months. I can continue to iterate on it moving forward to make sure it stays relevant.
