This draft MR associated with the Proposal: multi-engineer review of Live Upgrade Assistance plans, closer collaboration with on-call engineer where possible issue.
This MR updates our existing Live Upgrade Assistance workflow to:
- have multiple engineers review each plan
- encourage closer involvement between the anticipated on-call engineer and the triaging engineer
