add data attribute for inbound analytics on pricing page

Why is this change being made?

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/inbound-marketing/web-analytics/-/issues/65#note_642392459, @dennis106 is looking to use data attributes for a Google Analytics event tracking. This is in line with an approach we have had an issue for recently.

This MR adds data-inbound-analytics="true" to the .leap-target details elements on the Pricing page, for use with Google Analytics.
