Draft: Update SMB Customer Advocate to Account Executive

Why is this change being made?

There are some old paths and references that still mention Customer Advocate for example https://about.gitlab.com/job-families/sales/smb-customer-advocate/ as a job family title is out of date. In Bamboo and other locations, it is SMB Account Executive. MM is defaulted as Account Executive, or Account Executive - Mid-Market

This updates any content to the current role title, covers additional files with areas to consider in commissions/pay plus cross functional groups. It needs to consider any redirects that need to happen or changes on the backend if the role is using the old name. Namely, we already have some discrepancy in exact job family names rolling up to BambooHR with another Account Executive role.

Adding from a past slack conversation that the first thought is this will need approvals in PBP, Total Rewards, and People leadership. However, in Commercial Sales, the role for SMB Customer Advocate has been changed to Account Executive for some time.
