Remove pilot from Trainee maintainer mentorship program

Why is this change being made?

The Trainee maintainer mentorship pilot program was created to enhance the trainee maintainer onboarding process.

9 months into the program, it has successfully attracted participation from both mentors and mentees. We currently have 11 Mentors and 8 Mentees.
