Update the payment currency part of payment terms

Why is this change being made?

Further additions to the "terms of payment" section to better define and point out the requirements per entity. Especially with new requirements for Coupa Pay - we need to push vendors to bill the appropriate entity per the vendor's geographical location as well as billing in their local currency. We find that most purchases default to the Inc entity and USD currency although this might not always be most appropriate from an accounting perspective.
