Add 3 Reviewers to CDF Working Group

Why is this change being made?

In the CDF working group, we want to make sure we are creating a CDF proposal with the perspective of the IC in mind. To make this a reality, the working group is looking for representatives to join the group. The time commitment we are expecting for this is no more than 1-hour a week. You will be included in the bi-weekly 25-minute sync, MR reviews, and reviews of the CDF framework.

We'd like to have 3 Senior PMs and 1 Principal PM in total, so we are looking for: 2 Senior PMs and 1 Principal PM to join the group.

You get the opportunity to shape the framework for our Product organization and be a part of this working group!

Proposal

1. Suggest your name as a reviewer and have your manager approve your participation
2. First three submitted and approved by 2021-07-23 will be applied to the MR

For example changes to .gitlab-ci.yml, JavaScript/CSS/Ruby code or the layout files. (this requirement has been removed pending identification of a new DRI for the handbook)
