Tools: Expand LanguageTool instructions

Why is this change being made?

The previous instructions (from !51706 (merged)) relied on a 3rd-party README. This shows a working setup in its entirety.

cc @niklasjanz, @b_freitas & @greg: Because we talked about LT sometimes, would you be interested in testing this shell function? I did it only on macOS.
