By the 10th, @sam.white informs EMs/PMs/PDs to draft/submit Usability improvements, Bugs, or Performance improvements via this MR per release post MR task list item -
By the 15th, @sam.white assigns MR to TW lead for review and applies label in review -
By the 16th: @marcel.amirault reviews, applies the readylabel and assigns to @sam.white -
By the 17th: @sam.white merges the MR, prior to final content assembly
