Fixing missing tables for pricing themes

Why is this change being made?

https://about.gitlab.com/features/by-theme/ is powered with data from data/pricing_themes.yml and features.yml. The pricing_theme field is case-sensitive, and the items that were meant to be listed under Value stream analytics and Free guest users had some incorrect capitalization, which was making those tables emtpy.
