Why is this change being made?

1. Reversing the tiers
   1. New arrow icon added.
   2. Reversed the text order
   3. Reverse the tiers score bar on mobile
   4. Change "FREE" to "Free" in mobile scorebar
2. Remove brackets around text
3. Remove new page popup for FAQ
4. Remove new page popup for Explore on the nav bar
5. Add links for all Self Managed features
6. Link feature docs for all features listed on the pricing page.
   • Removed Robust deploy and rollback bundle and Pre-written deploy target mechanisms from the pricing page based on the discussion in Slack This is moved to another MR - !85691 (merged).
7. Pulled in latest master to have dashes under the theme (fixed as part of !84712 (merged))
