Wrap links on cheetsheet to make them clickable

Why is this change being made?

There are a number of unclickable links on the Developer Cheatsheet page - https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/development/dev/create-editor/developer-cheatsheet/ - this MR should fix them so they can be clicked.
