DRAFT: revise security benefit on home page

Why is this change being made?

Real-time security has a very specific meaning for a security pro that is not what we do and not what was intended on this page. Please see suggested change to "integrated security" which is more meaningful and more consistent with our security messaging.

At this high level, people probably want to see what GitLab offers for security. Most are unaware that GitLab includes security capabilities. The best place to educate them on the scope and benefits of our offerings is the DevSecOps solution page. It's also the link on top nav under Product/DevSecOps so make sense this top of home page should take the reader there also.
