typos and add entity and PEO specific language

Why is this change being made?

Adding that we have entity/PEO and contractor specific performance management documents for team members. The Written Performance Letter, Written Warning and PIP have each been put on specific company letterhead. As we move team members to entities and PEOs these will be added or updated.
