adds TrustMetryx information and Embracing Feedback video
Why is this change being made?
As @Josh_Zimmerman and I were talking about resources that could be useful to people at Gitlab, I added information about TrustMetryx, an article, and a resource video "Embracing Feedback" to the Feedback page of the handbook. It's behavioral science-based information on how to ask for and give feedback in a psychologically safe way.
@Josh_Zimmerman I put this where I thought (from a flow standpoint) it made sense, but you might want to move it around. thanks for letting me contribute to this!
