WIP: Should we consider country internet speeds when recruiting?
Why is this change being made?
I would like to initiate a discussion on whether we should consider the internet quality of a candidate's country/city before recruiting employees. In certain roles, like for example in sales/sales development, we need a good connection to speak to our prospective customers on Zoom calls and get the most out of discovery calls.
